Work to courts has been completed and the opening of the new courts and nets was officially marked with Presidents Day on September 5th. Fine weather and good food tempted members to join President Eileen Roberts in a tournament that was won by Junior Matthew Bond – junior, Lindsey Leeming and Malcolm Edmunds.

We are still looking for a cupboard!! Has anyone got an old lockable cupboard to store equipment. Please contact Angela. Also old rackets, balls, cones, skipping ropes, outdoor play suitable for junior groups – these would be much appreciated by the coaches – if you would like to donate any to the club we would be grateful!
Bad news is that we have still not received all the subs – this is are only source of income and the club is reliant on this money to pay its bills and also to get work completed to courts if you have not paid fees these are now well overdue. Please send your cheques to our treasurer Ann Marsh.

Matches start w/c 26th April. All teams are recruiting players and are having team practice nights. Interested contact the team captains.
